Maybe she needs help or something?" If she hadn't been out in a while maybe something happened or maybe she was just on her lunch break. Either way Gemma wasn't sure what to do next about needing her and she felt bad taking him away from his own things.

"I was... well working on a short story and ran out of parchment that I like to use for them so I was trying to hopefully find some in here." She had written a few this term and wanted to finish the last one before she had to start doing all the end of the year homework and things.

"You haven't seen the smaller sizes of parchment have you?"
