Saturn was fidgeting with their rings. The silver, pewter and bronze baubles they wore on their manicured hands were handed down to them by family friends and family alike. Each told a story. Today they told the story of nerves run rampant.

The newly transferred in 13-year old was not usually prone to anxiety- unless a gobstones match was on the immediate horizon- but making the leap from homeschooling to Hogwarts was a lot scarier than anyone had prepared them for.
people were gathered together almost everyone they looked- chattering and laughing, catching up on summer days and last minute assignments. It made Saturn feel like a sore thumb.

And try as they might, it showed. In the wringing of their rings. in the tight line of their full lips. in the anxious glances toward their twin...
Yeah. they were bugged out. "Let's grab a seat alone." Please? they needed a second.
