Grading papers took a lot out of you. Javier needed to recharge - and having some pumpkin pasties sounded like JUST the thing for him to grab for a little grading snack. However, as soon as he made his way into the kitchen, he was dismayed to find that he wasn't going to be getting those pasties any time soon.
In fact, no one was going to be eating ANYTHING time soon if these vines weren't gone.
That was the thing, though - weren't they cleared out days ago?? He'd heard that those pesky things had been growing like weeds everywhere. Was he mistaken? Or were they back?
Whatever. Javier was going to approach this situation how he approached many other situations - by just going for it and not waiting for instruction.
Grabbing the nearest chunk of vines, he tightened his grip and YANKED on the vine with as much strength as he could muster which honestly wasn't much because really, how strong could a pesky vine be?
