There were... a LOT of things that Evan had not liked about Healer Poppy. Obviously. Like the unknowingly drugging them with candles throughout the castle. The almost ruining the play thing by causing panic for all of them. But there was ONE thing Evan was missing about the previous healer. ONE.

... Melon bread.

But it occurred to him too, the elves were the ones who had been MAKING all the bread for them. Which meant they also could easily make the melon bread for him if he were to request it. So between classes, he made his way towards the painting of the fruit bowl in order to put in his request. Uniform still on, not having bothered changing into comfy clothes since there was another class to be gone to following his snack. But as he made it to the picture...


He realized he hadn't visited the kitchens himself since his first year. And he couldn't remember which fruit he was supposed to tickle. And HOW was he supposed to tickle it? A feather quill? He probably had one somewhere...
