This would finally be the year when she'd meet the Giant Squid. She had tried every other year without luck, but this time Kinsay had something she didn't have the first few times. This time she had RESEARCH. Or, well, Evan had research. Or, well, he said he'd have research. Hopefully he kept his end of the deal because while Kins was confident in her skills of persuasion, she was a liiiittle worried about it all.
Just as she lifted her fist to knock on the door to the studio, she paused and lowered her hand, looking back to Evan instead. "You have the research, right?" A last minute check was important. Not that his answer would really change anything because they had come all the way out here... So. Maybe they should just go in either way?
"You should knock." Because Kins always knocked too quietly and sometimes people didn't hear her and then when she'd knock again, it was always way too aggressive to make up for the first, unheard knock. It was hard to find a good balance. But Evan looked like he would be good at balance.
