Her mouth fell open a bit, dramatically. “You’ve never climbed a tree before?” Had he… had a rubbish childhood or something? “There’s a cushioning charm anyway so you can’t die here.” Meaning what was the point in being afraid? Remy had pretty tough guts from her adventurousness during flying last term. “It might be easier for me if you were there to help.” To catch her if she slipped, and such.
“Hey.” She rolled her eyes and placed a sassy hand on her hip. “I only fell out because you distracted me. You WERE staring at me.” That’s right, let’s play the blame game. “‘Sides, falling is kinda fun.” Finally she grinned wide.
“If you’re not climbing, what are you doing?” Remy rubbed her stomach as it was still hurting a little from her gracious fall.
Daniel crossed his arm in front of his chest defensively as Remy's mouth fell open in a dramatic fashion.
"My older brother did once. He fell out of the tree outside of his bedroom window while trying to sneak out at night." he said.
" He injured his ankle after the security guard had spotted him. Father was not happy and gave him a month's house arrest" it was the best time of his life. HEH.
"Anyway, I never had the desire to climb a tree " That did not mean that his childhood had been rubbish. He favoured spending his time either reading books or driving people up the wall.
"It's not my fault you are unalert" he shrugged his shoulders. The hand on her hip reminded him so much of V and he disliked it.
"And I wasn't staring at you I was looking at the tree because I had not seen it before" He hadn't even noticed she had been in the tree which made him unalert as well but he wasn't going to mention that.
"I wanted to explore the grounds" He said simply before his gaze went to see her rubbing her stomach.
"Are you hungry?"
