No wonder she doesn’t have many friends!

Kinsay tried to be attentive, though her mind was currently elsewhere. She was trying to be a better listener though. She really, really was. But sometimes it was hard. She nodded along, hoping that the physical cue would keep her present and shifted slightly so that she could pull her feet under her bum. Sitting properly was hard too.

"That sounds nice," she offered Remy a small smile. Kins liked Lisa, but Atlas was a more complicated case and. Well. It wasn't that Kinsay didn't like him. But. Things were just. They were weird. She preferred the company of his twin. But. Um. She wasn't going to say this, of course. It'd be rude. And it wasn't really relevant to the conversation anyway. "I just went for a little bit. It was cute - they should do something special every year." Because that'd be fun and maybe she could convince her family to take more trips to Diagon Alley if there were special events.

Kinz was juuuust about to reply to Remy's question when the younger girl started speaking again instead.

Um.

She really liked talking, huh? "Second year's okay," she shrugged casually. "Mine was kind of weird though." Which was ..... quite the understatement. But hopefully no evil cults were taking over the school this year, so Remy's would be fine. Probably.

.... Did she still want to hear Kinsay's answer?
