Besides, she knew Emm was probably looking for her too... unless she was sat with Ezra. Which. Was an entirely different point of contention. But. Um. Anyway. The point being that Kins couldn't find her and Remy couldn't find her own friends either, apparently.
Why were people so hard to find? It's not like the train was even that big to begin with!
She nodded, tracing the sliding door frame with her fingers as Remy explained. She didn't know that Emm and Remy were not cool before, but maybe she was supposed to know... which meant she couldn't ask about it. Probably. Plus, people not being cool with Emm was a topic of conversation that Kiz avoided like the plague. It always led to feeling really terrible ways. So she only paused briefly to consider the offer, before giving the younger girl a small smile and making her way into the compartment. "Thanks." She couldn't really waste a lot of time sitting here because she had plans for the train ride, but she didn't want to be rude either. James' are incessantly polite after all.
Not Emm though... Emm would probably kick Remy out, but Kins knew better than to mention that. She wouldn't be here for long. "How was your summer?" She started quietly as she moved to sit across from the blonde.
True, Emmerson probably would kick her out, and has probably forgotten her name altogether by now. Remy wasn’t even sure if Kinsay knew her name, since whenever they were in short distance of each other, much like this, it felt like Kinsay didn’t really want to be there. Suppose they weren’t exactly friends. Remy was just that annoying kid who was always in everyone’s way. Which was a stupid thought because she was literally sat alone doing nothing right now.
That being said, now she felt awkward. Remy sighed a little and looked briefly back out of the window. “
It was busy, but pretty fun. I hung out with Lisa and Atlas a lot,” she probably knew of Remy’s
cooler friends, “
at the Diagon Alley thing.” Event thingy/festival. “
Did you go to that?” Who hadn’t?!
“
Looking forward to the new term?” Remy asked politely. Aaaand here came the word vomit… “
I can’t wait to be a second year, I bet the magic I’ll learn will be way cooler, and more advanced, obviously,” she had to get it into conversation somewhen that she was a second year now. “…
I’m looking forward to flying the most… I…” should stop talking about herself all the time and listen to others.
No wonder she doesn’t have many friends!
