She loved what she was doing, and her performance at the showcase was an indicator of it. Heck, even the thought of it would make her smile.
After running errands for her mother, Haneul had the afternoon free for the Diagon Alley celebration. Not exactly a crowd enjoyer herself, she wasn't sure she wanted to be here in the first place. But this celebration didn't happen all the time, you know? So here she was. Maybe she'd find a station here that would suit someone like her.
Nothing truly captures one's attention better than a glint of light blinding you. Haneul paused from walking to rub her eyes. She turned to face the source, only to see her own reflection on a mirror. That was...surprising. Not that she hated mirrors, in particular. Just...yeah, mhm, and the low music from inside didn't really help. The Korean stared at herself for a moment before awkwardly fixing her hair a bit. Whilst Jorgie was certain she already had all of her resources for university, she was still out here in Diagon Alley for the day. Just in case. The bag she was carrying contained a second and third copy of the main textbook she needed for her introduction to law modules in the first term. And then five new quills and multiple inkwells to go with them. She was trying to be over prepared but in actuality... it was probably a little embarrassing. Because she was panicking. University was scary. Moving out was scary. The idea of studying LAW was scary. Was she certain? Was this going to become her career or had she just chosen a course for the sake of it?
No. She hadn't. She'd always been interested in listening to the legalities of adoptions, fosters and everything else that her family dealt with. So it naturally made sense. And at least she'd have Jackson nearby with them both studying in London. Sure, they'd be busy and probably on completely separate timetables given the difference in their courses... but she still had this ring hanging around her neck and with it came his promise to love her whatever uni threw at them.
Of course, the temptation of a mirror was too much for the Stemp and once she'd seen it out of the corner of her eye whilst wandering, Jorgie had been headed straight for it. Only to be beat there by a face she recognised. Appearing just behind her right shoulder, Jorgie grinned. "Hi Haneul!"
