Thankfully, the Hufflepuff was shooting off to the food stalls. PHEW - Remy couldn't handle that energy right now while she was feeling hot and flustered. Although it did look like her friend was heading straight for her.
NUUUUUUUU.
The girl was just going to sit with her?! "Umm..." Her eyes fell back on the lonely curly fries. "They sure are delicious." Remy paaaaaaused. "Want one?" JUST one. It wasn't a generous offer, since the fries were piled on high.
"Where'd Scarlett go?" Remy popped a chip into her mouth. Okay, so did Remy not know who she was? Dawn didn't blame her, it wasn't like they had spoken at all before. The Slytherin did, however, know several people from Scarlett's year, even though her cousin didn't exactly talk about them too much.
Dawn quickly scanned the girl's expression as she confirmed the curly fries were delicious. AND she was offering one. ONE. She'd take it. "Thanks! I'm getting some myself so I'll pay you back." And she meant it.
Taking the ONE chip she'd been offered, Dawn popped it into her mouth and looked towards the Food Stalls when Remy asked her question. "She went to get us some curly fries too. I could tell yours looked delicious from a distance, and she wanted some either way." Dawn shrugged, unsurprised that her cousin would want to eat something even if it didn't look delicious. "She'll eat anything, that girl, but I'm glad they're as delicious as they look. I don't do gross food." She explained. Stomach ache at the prime of her life, stopping her from doing the things she wanted to do whenever she wanted to do them? Yeah, no thanks. "I bet her Patronus is an ostrich." She added, partly as a joke, but partly meaning it. |
