Choosing a lane she picked up a bowling ball and then just stared at the bottles and vials. Was she supposed to hit them with her ball just like regular pins? As the single bottle-pin went down, a golden light began to glow within its depths, growing steadily larger and brighter until at last it burst the bottle apart in a blast of golden light (not to fear, though, these are magic bottles and there are no glass shards to worry about).
The golden light floated down the lane until it was over Aurora's head, whereupon it turned into a single, large golden daffodil and drifted gently down onto her head.
