I literally agree with everything Chellie has already said.

That being said, Gilderoy is one of my favourite HP characters. But did he deserve the gig? Absolutely nawt. His failings were very amusing, though! Remus was absolutely brilliant as a professor, he would have been great in any subject, I think. He was great with the kids.
