The other lesser known Professor's are SO fascinating to me based on the limited knowledge we have for them. I always wished there had been more information given on their lives, or even if they had gotten any more mentions so that I could even remember who was who and what information we DID have on them!

On Charity Burbage, I would imagine she was single because the strain of having to be away from majority of the y e a r would be hard for any relationship. Which brings me to a question, were any of the Hogwarts Professor's in relationships at the time of their employment at the school? I know there was Madam Pince and Filch and they were both employed there so they didn't have the distance issue. The others I can only remember as single, widowed, or married after their employment ended.
