So last year? Mamie frowned. There was no petty drama last year. Last year was real drama. Life-or-death drama. But...while she wasn't really finding herself liking Ash's new friend, if he could get her and Ash to be friends again, that would be good. She missed Ash.
"Never mind," she said with a dismissive wave of her hand. It hadn't been nice. She didn't want to repeat it.
"What are you best at, then?" she asked curiously. If he said it wasn't Quidditch, and she knew it wasn't football, she wondered what it could be. School, maybe? She supposed it was possible to be best at school. Not for her, but someone had to have the best grades, she supposed. |
