Like we said, her mind was running at 100mph at the moment. “What if it’s someone using polyjuice potion and pretending to be your dad??!!” It was a perfectly plausible suggestion in today’s society.

“Yes, we are really close,” The Gryffindor nodded enthusiastically. “She’s just training to become a Healer at the moment, so she’s super busy.” It sucked but it was also super cool that Ahnya was going for a cool career like that.

Remy seemed really excited about Ollie spending time in the summer with her. She couldn't say she wasn't excited either, she totally was! "Yeah, my dad will." Not a total lie. If she asked her dad there was a chance he'd let her go, but Ollie wasn't going to ask. She'd figure out a way to pay the fair to go to Remy's house herself... even if she had to 'borrow' a few things from her father. She had made a good paycheck walking dogs before, so she could probably just do that again.

Hmmm... Had something actually happen to her dad? Probably not, he didn't do anything with magical people or magic, as far as she knew. She shook her head "I don't think so. He doesn't have anything to do with the ministry anymore so, I think he just changed." She didn't want to face or admit that maybe her father just didn't like her anymore, but maybe it was time she did. "If he was under a spell or was someone else, I don't think I'd be able to tell."

That was honestly so cool. But Ollie thought everything about the magic world was cool! "Yeah, I bet that training has her busy. Being a Healer is really cool! Is that what you wanna do when you grow up?" She felt kinda silly asking about Remy's plans when she grew up, but they were still kids... right?
