Watching the students finish up on their journals Meda had opened her own for a few moments to glance through something that her mind had wondered to right before class had started. She was trying to find the right page when she heard another question.

She stared at the notebook in front of her for a while before deciding what and how to decorate it. She grabbed a couple of pieces of paper ranging from pastel pinks to purples to blues. She also grabbed som glitter because her dreams were fantastical and the clouds on her journal had to be cute. With those in front of her, she began drawing curly, fluffy cartoon clouds on then with a thick marker. Then she cut them out and then applied glitter to them.
Professor Euka was GOING to read her journal. Oh NO! Then she’d know all of her dark and fantastical secret dreams. Hopefully the Professor wouldn’t think too much about her imaginative dreams. She chuckled awkwardly before writing her name in Hangul on her journal. Maybe she ought to write in her native journal in her native language. “Can we write in multiple languages in our journals?”
And then it was time to get started!!
“Thanks Professor Euka!” Big beamy smile.

Maybe this wouldn't be that bad after all.
"I don't see why you couldn't write in another language. These are your journals, just know if I need to find a translation I might need to come and ask you." She wanted the journals to be personal, so she felt comfortable with that requestion.
Checking on Charlie she didn't seem to have any questions and was looking like she was doing well on the decorating, so Meda turned back to the page she had been looking for.
