Why did she think Cambridge was on there? Margaret stared at her friend. She knew Ash and Emmerson didn't get along, and that the Gryffindor had said...and done... some not-nice things last term... and the one before... But they were teenagers now. They were mature! And people changed! Emmerson was actually occasionally nice, when given a chance, in Margaret's opinion.

"Is it because she called you the M word last year?" Really. If that was it, Margaret thought Ash just needed to move on. Even she had used the M word last year, trying to get herself less disliked by Rosier. ~~It obviously hadn't worked.~~
