Background
Kelton was born a week early in a hotel room in Gloucester on November 27th to Muggle parents. He was the youngest of three and the only person in the family who had magical capabilities. The family wasn't the wealthiest but they had money enough to go on vacation to a faraway country every year during the summers. When Kelton turned eight he showed his first sign of magic. This performance of magic, which happened to be levitation, was witnessed by his older siblings who became cautious of him and over the years he lost contact with his older sister who wanted nothing to do with the Wizarding World.

During his time at Hogwarts, Kelton was sorted into Slytherin House. He got average grades and only outshined in Charms and Care of Magical Creatures. While at Hogwarts, the Slytherin would buy extra rolls of parchment, inkwells and feathers in Diagon Alley and would sell them to the students at Hogwarts at a slightly higher price.

After graduating, Kelton applied to University to study Wizarding Communications and later added Advanced Charms. When he turned twenty-two Kelton decided to move out of his parent's house and went to live in a flat in London where he till this day still resides. As he passed the point of mid-thirty, Kelton had found that it was high time to get a stable job. He remembered that he had enjoyed selling random school supplies during his time at Hogwarts and began applying in every shop in Diagon Alley until he was finally chosen to work for Scribbulus Writing Implements.
