Department Head of International Magical Cooperation
The Department Head of International Magical Cooperation is responsible for the day to day running of level 5, and must be familiar with all aspects of the divisions which the position oversees. Extensive knowledge of international and domestic magical law, international customs, magical history, and be multilingual. The Department Head will liaise with the Minister of Magic but is required to make decisions which affect Wizarding Britain independently, and take responsibility for all particulars which fall under the jurisdiction of the Department of International Magical Cooperation. The Department Head also works with Department of Magical Games and Sports on the Triwizard Tournament, the Quidditch World Cup, and other international competitions. The Department Head sits on the International Confederation of Wizards, British Seats.

Department Coordinator
The IMC Coordinator is responsible for general office and clerical duties. This position reports directly to the IMC Department Head and is typically is the first point of contact for visitors. Main responsibilities include scheduling meetings, directing correspondence and guests to the appropriate parties, managing calendars, and assisting other members of the department as necessary. This is a entry level position with room for advancement.

Liason to the Press
This position reports directly to the IMC Department Head. The Liaison to the Press's primary job is to ensure the Daily Prophet and other matters of the press, receive only information that they need to know. Responsibilities include ensuring that when articles are published, that the facts are straight and accurate. If an article is published with information that should not be public knowledge, (i.e. a secret meeting with foreign delegates) the article is retracted. This position requires background in journalism.

Consulates
It is Consulate Personnel's' responsibility to help those who are traveling abroad to England from other countries. There are 10 consulate positions: Africa, Asia, Australia, Japan, Magical Countries, Mainland Europe, North America, Scandinavia, South America, United Kingdom. Responsibilities include issuing and checking Travel Visas and wand permits as required by other countries. The ability to speak a second language is required for this position.

Wizarding British Immigration Officers
This position is responsible for detaining any person(s) (without arrest) who is not a British Wizarding citizen, to investigate whether they qualify for entry to the United Kingdom. When a ministry employee transfers from another ministry Immigration Officers make sure that those employees orientate well in the new country/ministry by monitoring them for culture shock and ensure they have a place to live and are settled in, with their new position in the ministry. Immigration officers also responsible for making ministry employees who transfer are aware of any new laws that may affect them or of laws that they might not be aware. . Understanding of Immigration Law and the ability to speak a second language is required for this position.

Foreign Relations Officers
This position works side by side with the Ambassadors. Foreign Relations Officers take care of handling any and all VIP's and Foreign Delegations. They are responsible for sending invitations to other countries inviting them to visit Britain and/or attend meetings. Foreign Relations Officers are also responsible for the itineraries of any political visitors to the country; i.e. setting up site-seeing excursions, making reservations, and even keeping secret visits by Foreign dignitaries a secret and not letting a leak escape to the press.

Counterfeit and Certification Officer
This position works along side the Magical Product Testers and ensuring any goods imported and created in the country are not counterfeit. Officers certify that any and all documents that come in or are sent out are also legitimate, for both the safety of our ministry and department as well as the wizarding community as a whole.

Ambassador-in-Residence
Ambassadors-in-Residence represent the UK and attend international meetings, banquets /parties, and acts as a figurehead for their country of origin. Ambassadors are responsible for smoothing relations between countries, especially in the highly sensitive areas of politics and trade. In addition, they send information about economic and political development in their host country to their home abroad. Ambassadors also assist travelers from their home country, explain foreign policy, and evacuate refugees from hostile environments. This position requires members to live abroad for extended periods of time. The ability to speak a second language is required for this position.
