Phoebe was wearing a tiara ALL day. The perk of having a Halloween birthday is that she could get away with being out of uniform and it didn't seem all that weird. So a crown, her hair in long bouncing curls, sparkly tights and a dress to match, and the biggest smile. She was a birthday queen, and if anyone wanted to question the validity of her costume, they could pound dirt.
"Hello, Professor." Phoebe gave Professor Carton a wave and came to stand beside her sister. Skulls! How cheerful! How festive! "I'd hug you, Kiz, but you'll get blood on me and I have to wear these clothes all day. Aren't you an adorably gory menace?"
