It was a good thing she was being warm and friendly presently.
“Let’s get through this activity, yeah? I just want to indulge in s'mores more than anything right now.” Claudine twirled her pencil between her fingers. “Have a seat,’’ she added, indicating a patch of free ground beside her. “What ideas have you got so far? I think a lot of witches and wizards assume that Muggles are stupid.”
Well, he was not being turned away which Evan took as a good sign as he seated himself, grabbing a couple of the pieces of parchment pre-created for the apparent burning. It was a very in your feels type of study, but given the fact Schmoe had lived through last year with them and everything HAD been harmful for his particular subject, Ev could understand why they were doing this.
"Great, thank you. I'm Evan." Because it was polite to introduce himself, yes?
"Have you ever tried s'mores with a peanut butter cup instead of regular chocolate?" Those were really the best. He wondered if Schmoe had different types of chocolate provided that they could experiment
and eat their feels.
"Assuming muggles are stupid is a good one. Witches and wizards also assume they have nothing to offer." Which did go hand in hand with the ideas of them being stupid, or being worthless.
"I think some witches and wizards also assume muggles deserve our pity, because they can't do magic."
