 Gemma! Which came first, the phoenix or the flame?
Ash had come in here to hang out alone, maybe throw some stuff, maybe practice some spells. At the moment she was just lying on the ground, staring at the ceiling and wondering why it smelled like pineapple. There wasn't even furniture in here. Just this cool rug that she was lying on. Ash wasn't really paying attention when she walked in, because her head was in the clouds. She was thinking about the misfortune of being her, who she could have been instead, and if she wanted to be someone else or remain the same. A necessary evil. It was because of that terrible distraction that she did not register the mirror, even though she had seen it. But maybe she would soon. |
