Dahlia nodded. However she didn't believe Schmoe was simply trying to be respectful in the things that he did. No, she truly felt that he cared and that's why he did those things. There was a difference. At least in her eyes there was.
Sitting there listening to everyone around her speak about empathy, sympathy and pity was a little hard. She knew everyone had a right to what they felt and that not everyone would see things the same way. It was just.. a bit much hearing it out loud.
Moving on she readily accepted the paper and marker until she had to sit there and think about what to write. An assumption that had been made about her or her house. There had been a few. Several she would prefer not to remember.
