She'd stare at... anything? Did she like to daydream then? Or maybe with the wall and the pebble she was also trying to determine some amount of time before... something happened. Much like he was doing with the ceiling. Either way, it wasn't his place to judge so he wouldn't.
"Do you think about things while you stare or is it... to not think about things?" It was the latter for him.
Hearing her ask his name, he continued to look up.
"Evan. Yours?" He had a guess, but he could have always been wrong. Better to confirm. After all, he'd thought Ivy's name was
