Kinsay was so tired. She was ready to take a nap right here at the Gryffindor table. Of course, it wasn't unusual for her to be this exhausted by the time the feast rolled around; this had quickly become a yearly tradition. But! She was extra exhausted this year. It likely had to do with the mix of horrible feelings in regard to being back at Hogwarts and without some of her favorite people (like Tavie, Flynn, Yoyo, and Emma - just to name a few). Having to separate from Matty to sit at the Gryffindor table also likely had something to do with it. She wished he could sit here for the feast - it wasn't fair.
Somehow, in all the chaos, she had even managed to lose Emm. Nothing was going right.
So when she ended up being the first at the Gryffindor table, Kinz slid onto the bench and put her head down on it. Maybe she could sneak in a quick nap or will herself to be less sad about the absence of so many friends. Kizzy was already counting down the days until the end of term.
