Carter could hear yelling and spells so close. He glanced back at Caroline. "I'll stay with you." he said. He was sure Valencia would be... fine. She was a smart kid. He'd find her as soon as he was able to. Right now there were more people that needed help and there should really be people here that were capable of fighting back should anyone come barging in. As a healer approached to help them out, she gave a slight wave of her uninjured arm. "Yes, can you help me?" she asked, shooting Oakey a look of apology for being seen first. "I got hit with one of those lightning spells, I think." She gestured at her immobilized, numbed arm in hopes the healer could do something so it could be mobilized again. The numbing spell had worked wonders on the pain from the curse. And the adrenaline of their escape from the bridge certainly helped her not to feel...anything.

Caroline nodded, and ushered the woman (Peggy) to a nearby seat to examine then woman’s arm farther. ”Alright. I’m Caroline, Let’s see what I can do for you.” She poked and prodded her arm. Removing the immobilization and numbing spells so she can see what the actual damage was. ”Let me know if or when you feel anything?” She knew she’d need to work fast and get the woman’s pain stabilized again.
Carter would let Caroline do the actual healing. As a retired Quidditch player, he didn't have much experience with anything worse than quidditch injuries. He could handle mending bones if needed... and that was about as far as his talent went.
He, instead, conjured a glass and filled it with water. He offered it to her. Hydration was important.
