| A Poop * k8 * SPOILER!!: Emma and Regina Quote:

His want to protect her hadn't really worked anyway. Not when she had instantly said yes to Fletcher. None of that mattered now though.
"I was born ready Scottie" She kind of was. There was no doubt in Emma that fighting for good was in her, and if anything fighting, being in law enforcement was in her blood. She was a Ferguson. This was what they did. She just grinned at her brother. "Dad will never forgive you anyway" Which was why when she'd told dad, she'd made that explicit. Before coming to Hogwarts Emma had quickly gone to her parents, wrapping them both, and especially her dad up in a big hug. Just in case.
She looked up to the castle, and then back to Scottie, and nodded at him. "We do this together okay? Fergies together. Always." Although they'd probably end up split up anyway. But they could try. Quote:

Regina wasn't much of a fighter or dueller. She was more the sort of person to get out of the way of people who were fighters and let them take care of it.
But she also couldn't not be here. Scott was here, and he'd recruited her to the new Order. Fletcher had told her to go with him. And her mom and dad and Naia had said they were joining too. And Kimmie and Luke had been stuck here for months. Only her sister Lucy wouldn't be joining, and that was mostly because she was all the way over in the States.
So many people that she cared about were here. So she was here too. It was far more terrifying to think of herself being elsewhere, not knowing what was happening, than it was actually being here.
Joining Scott and Emma, standing beside him, she gave them both a nod. "Good luck." Though maybe that was more for herself than for them. They could probably handle themselves.
Scottie was glad to have his sister there even if he was terrified, also, to have her there. He ignored her comment about their dad not forgiving him - because why would she even say that right now? Wes would be proud of him, he was sure. He made all of his decisions based off of what he thought Wes would do himself. So no, Emma. Just...no.
It wasn't the time to squabble, though. Not with those against the Alliance assembling to kick some mAJOR prejudiced booty. Regina had arrived, and he sent her a small grin as she wished him luck. He had to remind himself that he could lose HIS LIFE and he should not be feeling as casual!
BE SERIOUS SCOTTIE. "You, yourself, Regina. I guess now isn't the time to introduce you to my sister," he said as he nodded at Emma. "But, here we are. Let's - " and before he could continue, a horde of Alliance followers were appearing. And hell, LOTS of them, too. He gulped. Quote:

On the order, they burst out from the castle, wands brandished as they stormed toward the gates.
Lights flashed in all directions as they began flinging spells. This wave would protect the entrance but should they fall, there were others waiting further in to take their place.
The castle would not fall. "GET THEM!!"
Spells zipped this way and that, creating a hazard zone no sooner than the followers arrived. Scottie deflected the first spell and his eyes widened as he saw a killing curse right off the bat - MERLIN'S PANTS.
That....that made Scottie angry. So angry that he felt like he was seeing red.
