"It does suck," Bernie agreed softly. Her eyes ran toward the window and then back to him, shrugging slightly so her thin shoulders pushed her off the wall and then she slumped back into it. "You can't see anything, really. It's a black pit. A bunch of black... lakewater, I'd reckon."
And it sucked. It sucked so much. It sucked that they wouldn't even be getting sunlight in here. Ever. EVER.
