Everything about this class seemed off (even more so than usual), from the timing to the location to the instructions to dress comfortably! As such, Heath didn't mind the cold as he made his way to DADA. It was the only thing that seemed normal, and more importantly, it distracted him from his feelings of fear that intensified with each step closer to the lesson, feelings he knew would make him a target should they show. Despite his emotions, his face was impassive as ever as he greeted Rosier. "Good afternoon, Headmaster Rosier," he said, nodding politely in acknowledgment.
Without another word to anyone, he stood among the other students, taking care not to stand too close to anyone. Normally Heath disliked being alone, but it was better this way. He wouldn't get into trouble by association for standing near the wrong person, and he wouldn't set anyone else for trouble. Not that he intended to make trouble, of course. He wasn't that stupid! He really tried to be what Rosier wanted, but if he made a mistake accidentally or if his halfblood status alone was enough to make him a target, he didn't want anyone else to get hurt.
