I really enjoyed "Dark" the most. The story is complicated, yet makes total sense. It's scary enough to keep you on edge, but not enough to make a coward like me stop watching.

For those that haven't watched it, it involves time-travel and non-linear understanding of time (as well as romance). So if you're into that, this might be your cup of tea.
