Takoda's casualness and these questions of his ... Jordan wasn't a fan. Why couldn't people at this school just mind their own business? He personally didn't bother getting involved in things that didn't concern him. Then again, he was more interested in his little experiments with potions and herbs to care what anyone else was doing.

A response didn't come out of his mouth right away this time. Instead, a glance was made at his watch. This really was cutting it close. For a moment, he considered just pushing his way past the slightly older boy. But that thought was quickly set aside. It was too risky. But just hanging out here until the professor showed up was also risky. He didn't know Takoda well enough to know if he was a squealer or not.

Defeated, Jordan sighed. "Elixir to Induce Euphoria. For a prank." His response was partially true.
