"Exaaaactly." They knew how to be quiet in a library. Kizzy just...got her. Her bestfriend always got her. Even now in this seemingly mundane and inconsequential conversation, her bestfriend got her. There was a ton of comfort to be taken out of that. In these dark and trying times, having someone in your corner was it.
Not so much it? The First Year who drew her wand and sent a spell her way. Emm thought to block it. Honest to goodness she did. She could've too, considering she already learned the shield charm. It wasn't that difficult and had become one of her most proficient spells--for obvious reason. But no. Emmerson was a trooper. She was willing to take one for the greater good.
Straightening some, Emmerson felt a tingle run up her nose. Before she could help it, a sneeze burst forth and out came a ton of sardines.
