With the recent broadcast she heard over the radio, Louise had to wonder if it really was a bright future. Would travel to the Americas be affected? Would her family be able to travel here? As a consulate, she shouldn't have to worry about since traveling was a big part of her job anyway and yet the announcement had her more stressed than it should.
Louise gazed around the office wondering what her colleagues were thinking about that announcement. If they heard it, but since it was from the minister, surely they tuned in? There was still something about it though that seemed off .... and she almost wished she had gotten to know the Minister better in her short tenure with the Ministry to maybe be able to pick it out.
