His hair had begun to fade too - another side-effect of the sun, sea and sand, or so he'd claim. But despite becoming accustomed to casual attire on his travels, he'd opted for something he deemed more appropriate for the alley: tailored charcoal robes, finished with a fine silver brocade. A pewter badger graced his lapel.

"As inconspicuous as ever I see," he commented as he reached the old man in his straw hat, pale blue sweater and pink handkerchief. A hint of amusement curled on his lips; in all the time they'd known each other, Paul had never changed. "How go the errands?"
Paul neatly folded the handkerchief and slipped it back into his pocket just as Noble appeared. "Ah, Iggy!" he clapped a hand atop Ignatius' shoulder and grinned broadly. He was sure the man hated the nickname, and that was precisely why he used it! There was nothing more enjoyable than messing with Ignatius Noble, no?

"I am the most subtle wizard there is!" He chortled, hands on his tummy as he did so. "The errands are going. I think I will need to wait for one after our little rendezvous, but other than that, things are grand. How is your holiday? Any end in sight?" Last he'd heard, the potions master had been abroad and traveling everywhere. Since Paul's blue grass band had been on hiatus, he had not traveled as much as he used to, but he was starting to realize he didn't mind staying home and caring for the vineyard, for his greenhouses, which now numbered five. He'd started with only two. Milton kept joking they needed to hire a staff for the greenhouses, and lately, Paul was inclined to agree that he needed an assistant herbologist. It was... a lot to take care of.

Maybe he would put an ad in the Daily Prophet! Maybe. "You ready for a drink then, old man?" he smiiiiirked and nudged Noble.
