Unfortunately he was not as good at faking as he had hoped, it seemed. "Yyyy, I am still waking up," he tried with his thick Polish accent and a weak laugh, raising his large cup of coffee as if it were confirmation of his words.

"Yyy, heh heh," again he laughed weakly, trying to dispel the awkward discomfort he felt. "Yes, he is very..." Here he paused, his english had a tendency to slip away with exhaustion. "Strict...?" After checking his watch and coming to the realization that he may not have the time to take a break in the pods anymore, Tomasz looked back up at his colleague. "How do you like him... Mr. Goldwasser?" He could not so much tell how the others felt, never having been good at reading others in such a way.
Scottie observed his colleague carefully, something he had learned to do from a young age from his father. Wes...thinking of his father right now made his heart twist. He had still neglected to tell Wes OR his twin what his true job was at the ministry.

Regardless, he pushed his father from his mind as he eyed Tomasz up and down. "Are you okay? Your exhaustion looks a little....much," he lowered his voice before glancing around, almost suspiciously. And T's NEXT question made Scottie think looooong and hard before answering. Sure, he had a lot of thoughts. He disliked Goldwasser immensely. The man had give him his least favorite job he had possibly ever held. Plus, the man barked at them so much, he was beginning to think his boss was secretly a dog in his spare time. "Um." How to answer diplomatically without lying? Or if he were to be overheard, he would be NOT in trouble? Without outright lying?

UH uh uh uh

"I would say strict is one way of putting. I think he is......equipped for.......many things that include areas outside of our...level," he motioned with his hand. Well, that made zero sense...
