...Slyvester didn't hear much of anything the other two said after the one girl (Ivy) broke the news to him. He paused, eyeing the children in shock, his upper eyelid twitching slightly. "YOU
SPENT
IT?!?!?"
Letting out a ROAR of anger, the ghost SWOOPED through the air and flew his way right through all three students, leaving behind that icy cold feeling of despair one felt whenever a ghost invaded their space like that. How dare they take his money and use it on frivolities! The new decorations didn't even look GOOD. They were TACKY. "YOU TELL THAT HEADMASTER OF YOURS that if I don't get my treasure back by the end of the weekend, you WILL face my wrath! Do you understand me?! Since you seem to know ALL about my treasure, I trust you'll deliver my message to him. Let me assure you - you do NOT want to test my PATIENCE!" he exclaimed as he swooped up in front of the girls once again, crossing his arms. "There will be consequences, far worse than anything you've seen so far!" he added as an afterthought. Just to really drive the point home.
And then...he vanished into thin air. His threat had been made, and if they didn't return the gold to him by week's end, well...they better hope he was just bluffing...
