The strangest thing about this trip, in Catherine's opinion, was that she was more curious and interested in the fact they were going to Tibet than the fact they would be learning about Yeti. She didn't know an awful lot about the local culture, but the little she knew did spark her curiosity and she wanted to learned more. The fact they'd be in a Yeti Camp was a bonus except it would probably be dangerous given there would be Gryffindors there with them.
Catherine noticed the portkeys way before she arrived and didn't bother asking what they were because, well, she knew. Not only were they travelling internationally in group, it was also stated in their permission slip that that was what they'd be doing. Besides, she could think of no other plausible reason why professor Williamson would have a pile of rubbish in front of him.
As she was one of the first to arrive, she gave the man a head nod as greeting, hading in her permission slip and moving to the side and out of the way. She would wait for groups to start forming and would probably stand near one that was incomplete.
