Well, see, the issue here is that in Muggle Studies you were never supposed to use your wand. It was the basic rule of Muggle Studies-ology. Though, er, perhaps this needed saying each and every time. That's what he had learned. Ha. The students weren't the only ones learning lessons. Ba dum ts. "I believe the exact words were..... anarchy." And then some.
This was quite embarrassing. He was starting to feel grateful for the little orange fluff that he could divert his attention to. But OH. He was gone. And then he was back.
