He tilted his head at her and started walking toward the hippogriffs. He stuck two fingers in his mouth to let out a shrill whistle, calling them all in. "You'd better get these babies to bed, huh, Claudine? Wouldn't want to be caught out of bounds by the Headmaster, now wouldja?" Williamson was now leaning on the fence and smirking broadly at her. "I've heard he's been in a real bad mood lately....."

Heh. He MIGHT have been just getting her back a bit for making fun of him in class. But surely his fellow Slytherin would know that he wouldn't toss her under the bus if she were out past curfew. In fact, he was decent enough that he might even walk her back ot the castle.

Why did Williamson seem so unbothered by this extra foul Hippogriff dung? Claudine was highly suspicious. Oh yes, she was. Williamson had done something and she couldn’t quite figure out why. Maybe he had wanted to test her? Test her what though? Her tolerance for poo? Well, that sounded ridiculous.

“I’m not little,’’ Claudine replied tartly, and tossed the last two ferrets to the closest griffs. Honestly, she was fourteen years old; she was a big girl. But Williamson was right: the griffs were done feeding, prancing and having a good time out here for the day. She followed them, making her way towards Williamson. At the mention of Trent's name, she scowled but said nothing. It was best that she stayed silent on that topic. The man and his deplorable attitude always upset and annoyed her.

“You know, Professor? I don’t think that you’d snitch on me. You love Slytherins, after all.'' Williamson should have been their Head of House instead.
