It’s a cold December day outside, but one wouldn’t know that by stepping into the Potions classroom. The bright lighting and strong warming charms evoke the feeling of sitting in front of a cozy fire. The workstations are arranged neatly in rows; on top of each station is a jar of curious-looking red peppers, the only clue to the lesson’s subject. A message written on the board warns, Please DO NOT open the jars!

A plump blonde witch in lime green robes stands inside the doorway, smiling at you as you walk in. Some of the more observant students may notice a nametag on her chest that reads: Hello! My name is Healer Ryder-Jones. As you enter the room, she hands you a similar nametag and says, “Hello and welcome in! Please write your name on these stickers while we wait to get started.”
