Korpsit looked up at the Headmaster, his expression cool and undaunted. He did not come here to be threatened. Further, there were worst things than whatever the man felt he would be able to inflict.
He looked briefly to the chest. "It's already open." Something he hadn't first noticed. The seal was most certainly broken. This...just became NOT his problem. "Someone already did it. There's nothing more for me to do." But he might want to get rid of it. Were he not sore about the wand by his face, he may have given them a proper warning, a heads up, but now he felt they deserved it. Carefully, the goblin reached over to flip the lid open. The treasure on the inside held no appeal. "This is my cue." Korpsit turned and made a brisk retreat. He was washing his hands of this and didn't wait for permission.
