Those were the only words uttered by the cranky 11 year old as she came to a stop by the group. There was one of those rare sunny afternoons outside, most of the castle was probably by the lake or otherwise out and about enjoying it and she was staring at damp walls and moldy, cobbled floors. This had to be against some law. The Headmaster was probably a criminal. No wonder he stayed here at school. Far away from the eyes of Law Enforcement while he robbed kids of their weekend.
The Gryffindor had seen the detention list, and had an idea of how many kids would be there. The silver lining? KIZZY HAD DETENTION, TOO! It was terrible, just awful, her bestie didn't deserve this--but she was glad she'd be having her.
Emm didn't deserve it either, mind you. She could scarcely remember what she'd done. A sentence said in class that didn't tickle his funny bone the way she thought it would. A bit too much enthusiasm during the activity. All she knew was, her name was on the list and she wanted ice-cream.
