"To REDUCE noise pollution," Bernie switched gears real quick, like the Muggle Studies genius she was, "you could close your windows, stop honking at idiots who cut you off, play your music at a reasonable decibel, uhhhhhhh, not yell at your kids in the supermarket queue...." Did she need to go on? Well she was gonna. Bernie took a big breath to continue. "Wizards could also use more of those muffliato spells? Like to silence things? And silencio! It works wonders on whiny little kids....er, so I've heard."
