Another thing to consider is the timeline and passing of IC time. In your specific instance where you played Lydia as a first year back in 2018 and term 50, too much time has gone by for her to be a second year in the current IC timeline - in fact she would have graduated I think!

1 OOC year is the equivalent of 3 IC year ... so time really REALLY just flies by
