If Hogwarts was going to just disappear when he was finally a student, he'd like to be very well prepared. Now to just decide what to try NOW..
The summer was so close that Ingrid could practically taste the warm nights and fun filled days but first, she had to pick up her siblings from King’s Cross Station which was something she’d been looking forward to more than they could possibly know. When they’d left for school without her, it had left a hole at their usually loud and busy home. It didn’t quite feel like home without them there but now that they were coming back and she was on the cusp of actually going herself, things were looking up.

With the Luck family reuniting coming in a few days though, the youngest of the family (by mere seconds!) was out and about, wandering the Alley with her nose pressed in a book and a smile on her freckly little face, eager to explore. What to do though…That was when her nostrils were assaulted by the almost sickly smell of sweetness coming from a sweet shop. The perfect welcome home present for her siblings!

Slipping her book under her arm, Ingrid slipped through the open door and looked around, slightly bewildered at how much the shop really had to offer. There couldn’t be a different type of sweet in each of the jars, could there? Maybe a pick n mix would be the best idea but…how would she get to the sweets at the top?

“Excuse me, how do I get the sweets from the top?” . It wasn’t like she wanted to ask a random boy (Evan) but there really was no one else around at the moment. Sure, he didn’t exactly look like he knew what to do either, the way he was just standing there and staring at them but she had to ask someone. “Are you okay? You’re kind of staring at them”, a small smile on her lips now as she watched, a few feet away from the boy.
