He was pleased to be spending more time with Lucifer though. He was a good kid, Finneas admired his chutzpah! "Errrr.... Yes, I can imagine that to be the case." He chuckled awkwardly as he thought about it. Fortunately, not much had changed for his classes because his students weren't supposed to use magic anyway. Not that this mattered because Finneas couldn't remember much of what happened during his lessons these days. It was all very strange.
Small talk was nice and Finneas was growing tired of bending down. "Have you had lunch?" Thoughts of the folder were long gone.
What folder?
Being a small boy of twelve was proving helpful in the search. Lukas had gotten down on his hands and knees to peer underneath the couches and arm chairs.
"It's not under here." If it was he would have been holding whatever it was that had been lost already.
"It makes Charms and Transfiguration lessons difficult." He loved to read and practicing wasn't a problem for him either but there was only so much a book could do for you when you weren't able to physically see the results of your attempts.
"I think I'm learning a fair bit though, anyhow." Or so he hoped. If he wasn't, who could really blame him?
The first year moved off his hands and knees to sit on the floor right where he was. Lunch. Had he eaten lunch already? He couldn't remember. Honestly he wasn't even sure what time it was now.
"I don't think so? I can't really remember." The topic of lunch was making him feel a bit hungry though.
