Then she switched to the other leg. Repeating the stretch several times, she listened to the professor’s question. How would she capture someone?

Naya raised her hand and began to speak. “If I was trying to catch someone, I would try to use the element of surprise. Get them when they least expect it, you know? It helps if you can find out things about your victim. Know their patterns and tendencies. You have to be one step ahead of them.” That is if you had time to plan all of it out. If it was a spur of the moment capture or catch.......well that would be an entirely different thing.
