As Heath began to blink, so did Finneas. "No worries, happens to the best of--" Wait. "No, no! You're in the right place. Muggle Studies Lesson, yeah?" Because, er, yes. That's what they were doing here. Hopefully?

He scratched his head in ultimate confusion. At least he had hoped they were meant to be having a lesson because that's what he had written on his arm. "Hullo, Mr. Ryan!" He needed to make flashcards with everyone's names on them. Because, uh, he couldn't ever be too sure.

"Hello, hello, hello!" Yeah.

He couldn't remember her name. At. All.

This was bad. How was he meant to go through an entire lesson today with his brain deteriorating so rapidly?

There was one student he would never forget (and not just because of how often she frequented his office hours). "Ms. Grantham!" He smiled in RELIEF. The patpat was .... unnerving, but comforting all at the same time. That was, coincidently, all-in-all a very good way to describe Bernadette Grantham.

Finneas sort of stared at Tom and blinked a few times. The jaw dropping? Was that a good thing? He could never anticipate how students would react to certain lesson topics. "Er................ Probably not." An epic water fight would likely get him fired. And it also wouldn't be very educational? So, uh, yeah, no.

"Hello," he paused in trying to remember her name. Avatar? ... That couldn't be right.

"Pretty neato, huh?" He smiled, trying to take attention away from the fact that he couldn't come up with her name in the end. No one needed to know.

Finneas also had 1001 worries, but they mostly had to do with lesson plans he couldn't remember. Of course he had notes on them... But he couldn't remember where those were so, er, y'know... A lot of this was winging it! "... Hullo." Yes. Great greeting. No one could possibly know that he didn't remember names! Was that everyone?

Finneas waited a few more minutes to let in the stragglers, before wiggling his toes and taking a step into the inflatable pool too. Yeah, no, this wasn't a joke. They were actually doing this today. Unfortunately, he had forgotten to roll up his trousers so.... Now he was standing in an inflatable pool with soggy trousers. It was FINE.

"Hullo, everyone. I'm very glad you all made it to class today." This was an appropriate concern nowadays. "As you can see... We're, er, taking a pause from the curriculum we have been studying thus far." What was that again? Something about funny pictures and captions??? Maybe?? "I thought we could all use a little brain break today, so er aNyWaY, let's take a moment to move to the walls of the pool so that we can form a circle. I'd like everyone to be able to see one another..." As they began to move, he decided to go ahead and ask the first question. If he didn't ask it now, he'd forget.

"You can probably guess that we're learning about some sort of muggle leisure activity today. Specifically, we'll be talking about a particular ~EXERCISE~ activity. Some of you may have joined me for Jazzercise on the grounds earlier this year. What other muggle exercise activities do you know of? Sports can also count!" He paused for the BRIEFEST moment before quickly adding, "And please identify whether it is typically done individually or with a group, if you know this information."
