Headmaster was here! Phoebe was glad to hear his voice, even if she couldn't really see him. Or anyone. What was that about? It took her a moment to pull her stomach back where it belonged from up in her throat, but then she had plenty to say.
"Hi, Headmaster! It's me! Phoebe James! We're looking for worms in a vacuum because it's a warm spot down here, and then the whole world moved and I think someone is holding my hand?" But she couldn't really tell. And now that she said all those things, she could stop thinking about them, and they were gooooone from her brain. "It's very dark and wet. Why do we even have this place?"
