Phoebe was hungry and lost, and even with an open kitchen, she couldn't find her way there. SOOOooooo, she just kept looking, and she probably would have looked forever if she hadn't spotted Bernie. Bernie = fun. And Bernie = trouble, but don't tell the Headmaster OR Bernie, because Bernie liked to believe she didn't mean trouble.
"BeeEEEErnie. I thought we had a plan called 'don't get in trouble anymore'." This was not part of that plan, obviously. But Phoebe was in for whatever they were doing. "It's the storm guy!" No mom or dad at the castle, but they got this dude. How... lucky for everyone.
